The purpose of this website is to provide the platform for Africa Animal Welfare/Conservation Organizations to share information for knowledge and action aimed at improving the care and wellbeing of animals on the African continent.

Our objectives are:

• To network and collaborate on cross border animal welfare issues like poaching for trophies/bush meat trade, human wildlife conflict, natural and man made disasters among others.
• To cooperate in influencing animal welfare related policies and legislations through joint petitions and campaigns.
• To increase awareness on animal welfare and conservation in Africa through advocacy and informative literature.
• To partner with other international animal welfare and conservation networks/organizations in highlighting animal welfare as a key priority to the continent’s socio-economic development.
• To promote partnership with non-state and state actors in the promotion of humane treatment of all animals for human welfare.
